Finnriver Cidery

The gorgeous Olympic Peninsula of Washington state is home to equally gorgeous hand-crafted sparkling hard ciders and spirited fruit wines made by Finnriver Cidery. Keith and Christie Kysler founded their organic family farm and cidery in 2004 in the Chimacum Valley. The farm grows a variety of berries and heirloom apple trees, in order to provide organic fruits for their wines and ciders. They also glean wild apples from old-time local homesteads and source fruit from organic family farms in eastern Washington and around the region. They ferment the apple juice slowly through the chill of winter months and use traditional methods to refine and bottle select batches.
