Henney's Cider

Mike Henney started making cider as a hobby in 1996. At that time, it was in 5 gallons batches that fermented in his airing cupboard. The ‘hobby’ eventually got a bit out of hand and he no longer uses the airing cupboard. Mike aims to make the best traditional cider available and believes that this is acheived by doing things the ‘old-fashioned’ way, by keeping every process as simple as possible.
